S&L Art Studio
S&L Art Studio is a space where aspiring young artists can explore their creative potential. Our studio provides students with opportunities to develop foundational skills in art, design, and illustration as well as a framework for developing their own personal artistic expression. What We Do
We specialize in 1-on-1 mentorship and a portfolio program designed to help each student grow technical and conceptual thinking skills in order to build a successful portfolio that is unique from other applications during the college application process.
We also provide regular private art lessons for grades K-8th.

A portfolio is a collection of your best work, which shows how your skills and ideas have developed over time. It demonstrates your creativity and art-making process which plays a vital part in college applications. We will work with you 1-on-1 to build a portfolio that is unique from other applicants.
Regular Private Art Class
Grades K-8th

We offer private and group classes for K-8th grade students that are designed to help them develop confidence, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for art making. Our classes are small so that the instructor can work closely with each student to ensure they master the content of each lesson.
Student Outcomes
Each year, our students receive acceptances as well as merit and full-ride scholarships from top art & design schools, such as RISD, Art Center College of Design, CalArts, Pratt Institute, Parsons, Fashion Institute of Technology, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, USC Roski School of Art and Design, Cornell University, The Cooper Union, School of Visual Arts, California College of the Arts, Ringling College of Art and Design, Laguna College of Art + Design, NYU, University of Michigan, Syracuse University and many more.
